(1) Based on the report given by the committee in accordance with Rule 6, the Government of Nepal may approve the organization structure and posts of any level or body in the union, province or local level. p>

(2) After the approval of the organizational structure and positions in accordance with sub-rule (1), the ministry shall register the organizational structure and positions related to the government service in the civil library and the details of such organization structure and positions in the case of the association and in the case of the provincial and local levels. It will have to be sent to the relevant state and local level.

However, the provisions regarding the registration of state civil service and local service posts will be in accordance with the law of the state and local level.
